Pro beach: Denied last week, Brasher and Nuss go for gold back-to-back in Brazil against home-country opposition

USA Olympians Taryn Brasher and Kristen Nuss on Saturday continued their exceptional start to the 2025 Volleyball World Beach Pro Tour season, giving themselves another shot at a gold medal.

Three-set losers to Thamela and Victoria last weekend in the Saquarema Elite final, TKN will return to the gold-medal match at the top-tier BPT Brasilia tournament, squaring off again on hostile sand against a home-country pair, former Olympians Carol and Rebecca on Sunday.
